Description
Sirignano extra-virgin biological olive oil is produced mainly with Cerasuola variety and, in lower percentage, with Biancolilla and Calabrese cultivars. The mix of such varieties gives to the oil a green colour with light golden rays and characterises it for a intense fruity aroma with fresh scents of grass, slightly bitter with a spicy aftertaste.
Suitable for various recipes, Sirignano oil is especially appreciated when raw: its intense fruity aroma is enhanced when used to flavour grilled red meat, vegetable salads, grilled and raw fish, roasted bread
