Description

The name of this recipe (called by Artusi "fagioli a guisa d'uccellini) comes probably from the ingredients and especially from the use of sage, typical herb absolutely needed in little birds (uccelletti) cooking. The dwarf bean (Coco Nano) is similar to "zolfino" bean, that's with thin hull and so easy digestible and tasty.
