Description

The preparation and cooking of this product is taking care about the traditional tuscan gastronomy. The ingredients are all natural and coming from local production; the rare chickpeas are from Chianti region, they are small but really tasty. This product has to be warmed on a small pan adding some stock or water and then put on roasted bread slice and then grate some good cheese on it.
