Description

At the end of the seventies, Massimo Oddero was among the first to plant Chardonnay on the hills of the Langa, confirming the great aptitude of this prestigious international vine for producing wine of quality. A beautifully-intense straw-yellow colour leads into an ample, fruity nose reminiscent of limoncello lemon liqueur, golden delicious apples and raspberry jam, while the taste is clear-cut long. In the winery the select bunches of grapes are transformed into an elegant winee by soft pressing and a meticoluous winemaking process. The wine's qualities are then refined by several months in the bottle in preparation for the table, where its personality is brought out to the full in the company of starters and pasta with vegetable and fish sauce.
