Description

Production: Sicily.
Color: amber, more or less clear.
Crystallization: variable over time.
Smell: Very fragrant and aromatic, floral citrus blossom.
Taste: Very nice, sweet, floral, reminiscent of lemon.
Properties: anti-anemic, emollient, sedative, useful for stresses, anemia and convalescence.
Uses: as table honey, fits perfectly with whole or low-fat yogurt.
