Description

Production: throughout Italy in the hilly areas.
Appearance: clear to slightly opalescent.
Color: clear, pale yellow.
Crystallization: discreetly quickly.
Smell: Very light, low-intensity with floral and wax.
Taste: Very mild, characteristic of honey, moderately spicy, fresh vegetables.
Properties: purifying, diuretic, emollient, good for coughs and heart palpitations. Uses: as well as excellent table honey and semi-soft cheeses such as provolone and ricotta.
