Bronze drawing is a process that allows, through the passage of the dough in specific bronze dies, to obtain a pasta with a particular surface texture and able to retain sauces better than the common pasta. This methodology offers a finished work of higher quality than normal pastas on the market. All raw material strictly produced in Sicily and no-GMO.
