Description
This is pate a perfect mixture of different typical Sicilian products among which we find the Ragusa PDO Caciocavallo cheese produced with cow's milk from the breed Modica. Called in Sicily "Cosacavaddu" seems to derive from the ancient custom of hanging up the forms on both sides of a stick placed horizontally. The taste is aromatic, pleasant, and usually mild, sweet at first until it became hot in advanced aging. No additive or preservative is used in this paté.
