Classification: sweet sparkling red wine .

Area of production: Castelvetro of Modena (MO)

Vines: Lambrusco Grasparossa of Castelvetro.

System of cultivation: spured cordon.

Colour: intense ruby red, bright, fine and persistent perlate; with a sparkling evanescent froth and purplish colour.

Aroma: distintive aroma of red fruits, black cherry, blueberries and with a wine undertone..

Flavour: sweet, well-rounded, flavourful full and harmonic.

Alcoholic Content: 8,5% vol

Residual Sugar: 50 gr/lt

Total Acidity: 7 gr/lt

Recommended Serving Temperature: 12-14 °C
