Description
Primoforno’s pizza is an unique speciality and a product completely handmade in
artisan way. Is produced with many natural ingredients and dough, obtained from
remilled durum wheat semolina, wich gives to product: taste, fragrance and crispness.
Traditional pizzas have the big defect of being hard to digest and give customers
feeling of full stomac. Primoforno pizza instead, has a manufacture process with long
yeast time and makes that products become highly digestible.
The types are two: plain pizza base and tomato pizza base, both precooked to satisfy
the needs either to HORECA channel than STORE BAKING channel (Bakeries/hot
stores of GD-GDO), that allows them to get a high quality product easy to cook.
