Description

Oil obtained from olives varieties Leccino (50%), Picholine (25%) and Frantoio (25%). Produced from olives harvested "all'invaiatura". Slightly fruity. Slightly spicy. Golden color with slight green reflections. It blends beautifully with fish dishes and marinades. Manufactured from mature olives. Low acidity. Upon request and possible filtering.
