Description

Produced in the region of Campania, in groves owned by our small family farm for more than 400 years. We use proven artisanal methods to produce some of the best oil in Italy. Our small operation yields only 2000 to 3000 liters each year, and is certified organic by ICEA organization.

Characteristics: A delicate oil, not to be confused with light in flavor. Evolving from the front to the back of the palate, the oil shows itself differently at all points, showcasing a fresh hint of citrus that delights the tongue.
