Description

Marinated Swordfish made like: Initially cut the swordfish in little slides. Later put the oil, the lemon and the salt in a bowl and turn it with a fork.  Systematize therefore the fish (in an only layer) on a tray and cover with the mixture oil-lemon.  The whole fish must be covered of oil. Subsequently leave it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
