Description

 The scrupulous work of the vineyards, the through sorting of the grapes, the wine-making and refining techniques and the selection of qualified staff, allow to obtain an excellent wine,well structured and full of fragrances. The grapes used are Cabernet, S.Giovese, Merlot, Cigliegiuolo and Cannaiolo. The wine-making is done by using the procedure of steeping on the grape skins for 10 days in stainless steel tanks. The preservation is made in stainless steel tanks and then it is refined in wooden barriques. The factory guarantees that the wine is exclusively produced with grapes picked on property lands and certified as I.G.T.
