Description

 The scrupulous work of the vineyards, the through sorting of the grapes, the wine-making and refining techniques and the selection of qualified staff, allow to obtain an excellent wine,well structured and full of fragrances. The wine-making is done using S.Giovese, Merlot, Cigliegiuolo and Cannaiolo grapes by steeping on the grape skins for ten days in stainless steel tanks. The factory guarantees that the wine is exclusively produced with grapes picked on property lands and certified as d.o.c.
