Description

“Eleiva” is the ETRUSCAN name for olive-oil, that means “first-squeezing liquid”.

In the old Etruria, olive-oil found the ideal setting to reach wonderful qualitative levels, in fact it became also at that time a product envied beyond the Alps.

Ancient receipts name ELEIVA for numerous uses, such as kitchen, cosmetics and even lighting.

Much easier, we recommend the daily use both as “Scarpetta” before lunch, and as seasons-vegetable-dressing. We are sure, that with its delicious taste, it will be able to win your palate.

Produced just with hand-peaked olives and crushed within the next 24 hours, in order to exalt the peculiar quality.
