Preservation:  Parma Ham with the bone can be hung in an environment having a temperature between 17 and 20 ° C for about 12 months. Boned and vacuum-packed, Parma ham can be stored up to 6 months in a properly refrigerated environment between 4 and 8 ° C. Once opened the package, the ham can be stored in the refrigerator for about a month, having care of covering the cut surface with clingfilm or  aluminum foil.
