Once opened keep it in the fridge for several weeks.
Cerasaro's Specialities are obtained by the COLD manufacturing process of ingredients; without the use of any heat treatment. This particular manufacturing process has been PATENTED; it consents intact all the characteristics of natural product.
Perfect for mirepoix, they are excellent flavour bases for sauces, for spreading on hot crostini and accompanying roast joints, boiled meat and meat fondue, as well as for enhancing the flavour of grilled or baked fish. Excellent as salad dressings.
