Description

Roasted Culatello has a delightful smell and a fine taste: it belongs to the high gastronomy. It perfectly replaces the traditional Cooked Ham.
Roasted Culatello is made from Italian pig’s thigh which is slowly steamed in the oven. It has a pink colour and an unmistakable delicate perfume.
It’s a natural product without any milk by-product, gluten, glutamate and without any addition of polyphosphates! It’s really digestible, rich in proteins and low in fats, excellent for the low-calorie diets! It’s really prized when it’s served as appetizer together with the best cured meats from Parma! Try it to prepare tasty sandwiches  or dishes instead of Cooked Ham!
Roasted Culatello can be preserved vacuum- packed for at least 150 days at 0°/4°C. Once opened, wrap it in a cling-film and keep it in the fridge. It can be so preserved for around 1 month.
