Description

Two jewels of the forest brought together into a single product: mushrooms and truffles. This tapenade is prepared from mushrooms that are combined with oil, garlic, parsley, salt, pepper and hot peppers. To this mixture both truffles and truffle aroma are added resulting in a highly concentrated and fragrant product.
It's great with other ingredients (e.g. butter, soft cheese, mascarpone). It's a product recommended for preparation of canapés, fillings for pasta dishes and main courses.
