Description
This sparkling wine is obtained using the best quality Nebbiolo grapes and cryomaceration, and undergoes the classical spumante method. As for Arneis Brut, this Rosé Brut is produced with temperature controlled fermentation. The wine base is bottled the following year when re-fermentation takes place. It is then matured ‘sur lies’ for about two years. At the end of this period, the wine undergoes ‘remuage’ and ‘degorgement’ and is then ready for consumption - about two and a half years from harvest. Rosé Brut makes an excellent aperitif or can be served for a special event at any time of the day. It may be served during lunch to accompany any course, especially starters, well-structured first courses and delicate meat courses.
