Description

The dry red IGT Colli della Toscana Centrale “San Giorgio alle Rose” originates from selected grapes, cultivated in Fattoria La Ripa’s vineyards..

The vinification is made with the highest care and with the most modern technique, always with careful attention to the tradition.

The result is an  extremely pleasant wine at a very reasonable cost.

"San Giorgio alle Rose" red is to be drunk at room temperature (approx.18°C), with red and white meat dishes, but also with Italian style Pasta and other specialities of Italian cuisine.

Grape Varieties Blend :

Sangiovese 90%, Canaiolo 10%.

Vinification:

Traditional style, with "governo".

Maturation and Refinement:

Stainless steel tanks, then bottle.
