Description

The generous nature of the soil, the right proportion of the old vineyards grown on the hills to the north of Verona, and the masterly work of our winegrowers allow us to obtain this worldwide-known Valpolicella. Thanks to its mellow bouquet, its warm taste and its moderate quantity of alcohol by volume, Valpolicella perfectly matches with first and second courses as well as all kinds of roast.

Grapes: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Negrara.
Colour: ruby-red.
ABV: 12.5%
Scent: intense, spicy, characterised by fruity hints of cherry.
Flavour: well-structured, full-bodied taste.
Tasting: excellent with red meat and meat sauces.
