The intense aroma of this marmalade, made from fine raw material, powerfully evokes the stunning landscapes of the Siren Land.

Its sweet-and-sour taste, partly due to the addition of chopped peel, is a delicacy to be enjoyed at any time of day. The oranges are carefully selected, washed, hand peeled, deseeded, and chopped. Part of the skin is finely chopped and added to the flesh. The next step is to reduce the liquid over a low heat, after adding a small percentage of cane sugar.
