25% barrel-fermented in new oak and 75% fermented in stainless steel, it comes from the oldest vineyards still producing Chardonnay in Piedmont, planted in 1976 and 1978.
Prolonged bottle ageing enhances its softness and complexity.
Its straw-yellow colour increases in intensity as it evolves.
Its banana and honey bouquet melds together with fragrances of toast and vanilla, the mineral notes are slowly brought out through its ageing “sur lies”.
It goes well with fish and seafood, flan, rich appetizers and is perfect as an aperitif.
Serving temperature 11-12°C.
