Description

A blend based on Nebbiolo, Barbera, Cabernet S., Merlot and Freisa. Partly barrique aged and partly aged in large casks, its colour is deep ruby-red tending towards garnet.

Fruity and balsamic fragrances are given by the Nebbiolo, with tobacco and liquorice notes.

Warm and tannic in the mouth, it goes well with roasts, grilled meat and cheese.

Serving temperature 19-20°C.
