Made mainly from grapes from vineyards in Canelli, it is aged in stainless steel to preserve its remarkable fragrance.

Its colour is intense ruby-red with violet highlights on the rim. Its bouquet is cherry, violet, red currant, strawberry and almond. It goes well with starters, cold cuts, tasty first courses, soups, cheeses and red meat.

Serving temperature 17-19°C.
