Description

The wine "Erbaluce of Caluso" DOC is the more known of the wine that is produced in our zone. Dry white Wine, brings the denomination of the commune of Caluso, combined to the name of the vine.
It follows the temperature checked fermentation, in steel reservoirs inox, with addition of yeasts autochthonous. A maturation of varied months on his own ferments they will allow a notable exaltation and development of primary aromas. The purpose is to get a product of elevated structural wealth with the small quantity of manipulations from the man.
All the grapes originate from the wine area Macellio.The harvest of these grapes is effected with small and low boxes so that not to ruin it during the transport. Brought in the wine cellar grape-stalked it comes and subsequently pressed in soft way. High technology allows to get deprived musts of solid parts and impeccable quality.It is born so this wine from the slim color but from the complex, great, persuasive, soft and rich perfume of body. The full taste is well structured, sustained and harmonic. Wine to be combined to thin appetizers, dry soups and in broth, base dishes of eggs and fish, omelets of grasses and risotti generally
