All our cream are pasteurized, no preservatives inside.

They are Ready, you need to keep in fridge 0° 4° Celsius

For a best result,. take the cream add 100 gr. of sugar and melt it.

Pout it in a shaker or a whipping machine until the product starts ti whip.

At the end, you'll have your soft and delicious cream ready to use
