Description

From the Red Tai, the indigenous par exellence of the Colli Berici; " Cìo Bacaro" was the name of my grand father. Garnet red wine; layered highly complex aroma with hints of underbrush, ripe fruits and spices. Full and round body, big though not overpowering tannins. Long and persistant with a nostalgic finish that recalls the grapeskin in overripening.
