Ingredients:  veal 32%, tomato pulp 28%, olive oil, red Tropea onions 5%, red wine, carrots, flour, salt, vegetable broth, garlic, celery, pepper, rosemary.

Our meat sauce is prepared with Piemontese-bred meat of very high quality. The traditional recipe calls for the use of fresh tomato pulp, olive oil, and red Tropea onions. It has a decisive flavor and is ideal for first course dishes such as spaghetti and short pasta, gnocchi, tortelli and ravioli.
