Our green olive and almond cream is obtained thanks to and old PROCESSING of carefully selected and crushed green olives together with the best Sicilyn almonds. The result of this crafty PROCESSING is a good consistency, light green-colored cream. It is product of a unique, delicate, and versatile taste.  Appreciable with starters and pasta/rice dishes, or as a flavor enhancer for meat or fish.
