The ideal size for creating the original Lasagna Pasticci using ricotta and spinach or ricotta and sausage condiments. Pre-cook for 45 seconds, then lay on a cloth an let stand for about 2 minutes. Place in a large baking pan and add condiments abundantly. Bake for 20 minutes.
