Ingredients: 100% Sicilian olives

This particularly prized olive oil is produced according to traditional methods by an old farm, which was founded in 1890 within the Granza Forest Natural Reserve on the hills of the Sicilian HINTERLAND and where time seems to have stopped. The scenario, represented by centuries-old olive trees and by an uncontaminated nature, evokes unique and suggestive feelings.  It is here that this excellent product originates, thanks to the labor of love of the owners. Our product is obtained thanks to a savvy combination of the cultivars closely tied to the territory, "Moresca" e "Biancolilla", which give the product is particular characteristics. The olives are still hand picked and their fringing is cold pressed according to ancient oil-making traditions. Amongst its various characteristics we’d like to highlight the intense fruitiness with a slight scent of green tomato. Its density and its robustness, even if appreciable, are never such as to “cover” the flavor of foods, but rather enhances them.
