Mastri Pastai 1861 was created to offer to the final customer high standard pasta, made only with the best durum wheat semola and handcraft production.

Our pasta is made with traditional process known as bronze drawning and the list of ingredient is simple and traditional: wheat and water.

Drying up fase is made has our grandfather did and using a natural process : air drying up!

All these solutions let us be able to realize a top quality pasta that can hold any kind of cooking recipe.
