Wine Company Vitivinicola Comisso-Susin is a small business located in Italy, in the heart of the Bassa Friulana (Lower Friuli), an area significantly known for its many vineyards and devoted to wine production  since Roman times.

The company is very attentive to the authenticity and purity of the product offered, it has an area of approximately 10 hectares to enable corporate employees to carry out much of the work by hand and thus allows itself to offer the consumer a genuine product with minimal processing.

The wines are monitored not only by the cellar master and us, the owners,  but also by a wine expert who will then assess the maturation and evolution of the grape from harvest to bottling.

Grape varieties grown are: Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Refosco dal PR, Friulano, Sauvignon, Verduzzo.

Wine produced are:  Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Refosco PR, Friulano, Sauvignon, Verduzzo come from the native grapes; Rivarotta, the custom barricato produced by Cabernet Franc, Merlot and Refosco together and aged for one year in oak barrels;  Event, a vintage wine coming from the union of the three white wines; Chiave di Sol which is the newest of Comisso-Susin’s production, a spumante obtained from a selectioned blend of different vines.

The Company produces fine, well-structured and full bodied  red wines, typical of our area, and aromatic white wines with good acidity and flavour.
