Our company produces a healthy pasta, whose brand is FuberPasta: it is the only Italian pasta that received the important acknowledgement by the Italian Ministry of Health as being "suitable for people suffering from diabetes"  (Ministerial Decree nr. 600 12/8114  dated 10/12/2001).  

FiberPasta contains 15% of fibre, that means  more than twice the amount of dietary fibre than whole wheat pasta and is useful for people suffering from overweight (it contains less calories than regular or whole-wheat pasta), diabetes, cholesterol, constipation.

FiberPasta is also suitable for sport diets, thanks to the fact that there is a slow absorption of carbohydrate allowing the human body to retain energy for all the day, without feeling tired.  The manufacturing process is protected by patent.
