C.U.FR.OL. Frantoi Oleari Umbri, based in Spoleto, was founded by some of the oldest olive mills in the central Italian region of Umbria and is lead by the Gradassi Family together with Tiziano Scacaroni. The later, thanks also to his extraordinary palate,
runs the day to day running of the Company. One common denominator binds these entrepreneurs: a sheer passion for extra virgin olive oil.
C.U.FR.OL., founded in 1998, created a central bottling and storage area - not only for its own Gradassi Olive Mill, but also for all the local olive mills, many of which own minority shares in the Company - where at every harvest time the best production flows.
C.U.FR.OL. directly controls the sales of its products, privileging quality above all but without neglecting product innovation and design. With great vision, C.U.FR.OL. has promoted its extraordinarily high quality products in highly demanding niche markets such as:

Our client portfolio includes many Michelin star restaurants here in Italy as well as celebrity chefs abroad, where we mainly serve our Gradassi premium brand single estate extra virgin olive oil.

Our presence in this trade channel both nationally and internationally is mainly through private label
products: from Organic Farming, PDO Umbrian and 100% Italian extra virgin olive oils.
TRAVEL RETAIL
Most of our brands are present in the exclusive market of duty and tax free shops in all major Italian airports. We are expanding the international market.

With our Sapori d’Arte and Il Tiziano branded single portion extra virgin olive oils and dressings we are one of the market leaders for airline catering where we serve First and Business Class passengers of some of the world’s most prestigious airlines.
