FIORE DI POMPELMO

“Il Fiore di Pompelmo” è un dessert che si sviluppa all’interno di un fiore formato da fettine di pompelmo che racchiudono una base di crema gelata con latte e panna freschi uniti al particolare gusto un poco amaro della polpa e del succo del pompelmo rosa combinando così un sapore dolceamaro molto fresco.
