概要

Sorbus Domestica is a variety of service tree native of the Southern Europe where it still grows spontaneously. It is a long-lasting tree able to live over 300 years and grows over eight metres in height. Its fruits (sorb apples) are ready to be picked from september to december, depending on the specific variety. Sorb fruits are rich of tannis and, for this reason, they have a really sweet-sour taste when just picked; in order to be good to eat, sob apples need to lie on a fresh straw bed for over 15 days.

Sorb apple spirit is a finest distillate with a complex structure. The flavour is composed of a soft sent of dry fruits with a predominant sent of roasted almonds. Its taste confirm the flavour with an elegant overall. Particularly surprising is its persistent and smooth taste.
