概要

This sauce is made with cherry tomato variety "Pachino" IGP recognized as a regional specialty. The berries are of particular salt-sweet flavor enlivened by a good presence of acidity. These characteristics are guaranteed by the technique of irrigation with brackish water. No preservative is used in this product. It is used iodized salt, which is recognized, by the World Health Organization, as an excellent tool to combat iodine deficiency. In particular, iodine deficiency has a serious impact on mental and physical development of childrens and in adults can cause goiter.
