概要

This product is the fruit of  long research made by my companion. Inspired by an ancient recipe for soothing teething pains, Liquid Amber is a delicious organic acacia honey, enriched with saffron. Its colour reminds you of fossil resins, and its flavour goes well with mature cheeses ( mouldy cheeses, pit cured pecorinos, mature goat cheeses). Try it in pasta filling with a bit of pear and ricotta cheese, with ice cream and candied fruits.
