概要

Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil characterized by a low level of acidity and an high quality. It’s recognized for its light green color, sometimes veiled with straw yellow reflections. The smell is intense, with fruity notes and pleasant fragrances of leaves, grass, artichoke and almond. The taste is harmonious, strong and persistent, pleasantly bitter and spicy, full bodied and structured. The  Tenuta Tortorella oil is the perfect condiment for dishes such as vegetable soups, homemade pasta  but also as grilled fish and salads.
