概要

Is our characteristic Tuscan dessert wine. It is obtained from organic Trebbiano and Malvasia (70% / 30%) grape varieties with a sweet and fruity flavor and is produced in a singular way and in tiny quantities. The juice is obtained by a soft pressure of naturally dried grapes and fermented in little barrels called Caratelli (small barrel of oak, 60 Lt) where it stays for a period as long as 10 years, optimal for desserts (a famous combination is “Cantucci and Vinsanto”) and for tasting. The Farm Il Cipresso produces a Vinsanto aged 10 years characterized by a brilliant amber colour, and a sweet taste rich of flavours and aromas.
