A wine showing great fruit, intensely purplish when young, and with a full, smooth taste. At its very best with pasta dishes.

Grape-variety: 100% Dolcetto
Vineyard: Bussia in Monforte d'Alba
Position: facing east/south-east
Yield: 6,000 kg/Ha.
Fermentation: traditional, on the skins with medium-short maceration (4-5 days)
Fermentation temperature: 27-28° C.
Maturing: 6 months in Slavonian oak casks, 3 months in the bottle
Chemical analysis:
Alc. 13% by vol.
Total acidity: 5.5 g/l.
Net extracts: 27 g/l
