Sannio Rosato

 

Heading : Sannio Aglianico DOC

 

Colour : Rosè

 

Grapes : 100% Aglianico hand picked

 

Pruning system : Guyot

 

Yield grape kg/ha : 9.000

 

Harvest : first half of October

 

Fermentation : stemming and crushing and maceration of about 6-8 hours, with soft pressing and fermentation at controlled temperature

 

Ageing : stainless steel

 

Vineyard altitude :  400 m.s.l.

 

Alcohol : 13% vol.
