Vine: Obtained from a selectioned blend of different vines.

Sight: White paper with finely straw reflexes, finely and persistent perlage.

Perfume: Fruity perfume with delicate notes of bread crust.

Identification: Specified sensation of rennet and pear, delicate sensation of apricot and hot bread as soon as taken out from the oven.

Taste: Involving at palate from fruity and fresh tastes supported from a very finely perlage that caress the senses, leaving the palate pleasantly satisfied.

Evolutive Status: Ready.

Served with: Adriatic’s fish dishes marking the typicality. It is combinable with appetizer and main courses also if they have strong and definite taste.

Ideal  Serving temperature: 6-8°
