Vine: Rivarotta - Cabernet Franc

Sight: Deep ruby red with garnet effect.

Perfume: Strong, persistent with spice shades.

Identification: With age aromas are expelled which remind the goudron, of the liquorice and plumb jam.

Taste: Dry and velvety, with body, lightly bitter.

Evolutive Status: Ready.

Served with: Duck, baked pork, game food, ham baked with cren. Montasio cheese average seasoning.

Ideal  Serving temperature: 18-20°, large balloon glass.
