概要

White, 100% from severely selected grapes (Nasco, in pureness) coming from the sunniest vineyards of the Mandrolisai area. Manufactured in the territory of Ortueri.

Altitude of the vineyards 500/600 metres over the sea level.

Plant breeding system: little tree.

System density, 5000 vines.

Output per Ha 40 quintals 25 hectolitres.

Vintage time (period) : last week of September.

Manufacturing technique.

Manual grape harvesting, removal of grape stalks, wine-making in thermoconditioned steel with soft (light) pressing of the grapes. Cold bottling and refinement in bottle for a year.

Features.  Yellow straw- coloured, clear and bright, of great glamour (charm). It offers a rich and persistent bouquet to the sense of smell. It is fresh, harmonious, persistent to the taste together with a taste-olfactory fruity sensation. Alcoholic degrees 13,5 % Vol.

It is a very delicate wine for dessert and it matches with (goes to) baked sweets and dried fruit.

To serve at a temperature of 10-12 degrees.
