Our flavoured extra virgin olive oils are mainly produced with the “ogliarola” olives. They are manufactured according to our standard process, with the addition of natural flavours during the crushing phase. This is a very sensitive step; this is why the oil is repeatedly tasted in order to adjust the appropriate quantity of flavours. The flavoured oils can easily season any type of dishes.
